My path to becoming a plastic surgeon started as a child growing up as one of two sons that frequently accompanied my father to hospitals on weekends to round on patients.
I knew from an early age that I would one day become a physician. After finishing medical school I completed my General Surgery Residency training in various hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the leading cancer surgeons in the country. Despite caring for a full range of patients in every capacity from Trauma to Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries, it was always the cases with the Plastic Surgeons I trained with that got me the most excited.

Pearce Plastic Surgery is a specialist medical services practice serving patients in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The founder’s path into plastic surgery began in childhood, often accompanying his father to hospitals and developing a deep commitment to medicine early on. After medical school, he completed General Surgery Residency across multiple hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he worked alongside leading cancer surgeons and gained broad, hands-on experience caring for a wide range of patients—from trauma and intensive care to outpatient surgeries. While training included work across every capacity of general surgery, the most compelling experiences were the cases shared with the plastic surgeons he trained with. Today, Pearce Plastic Surgery brings that focused surgical foundation and long-standing dedication to specialized care to the Tulsa community.
